LOOP tagline says "**Get ito the loop**". Guys, if you are thinking of selecting a network operator, I would say don't ever get into the loop.
*Network signal:** Generally the network signal strength is shown on the upper right corner of your mobile. Loop network strength is poor. You can never see more than 3 bars. Even if you see 5 bars, you can't communicate well. There is always a breakage in voice. There is no network coverage inside my house. When I get a call, I have to roam here and there to find a network.
*Internet:** The Internet plan charges are affordable. But the internet connection is pathetic. When you send messages on Whatsapp, messages would be delivered after 2-3 hours. It's really frustrating. When you try to open a web page, it gets loaded after 3 4 minutes. It really get on my nerves when it is really urgent.
*Customer service:** Worst customer service ever.If you call them anytime, their server is always down. They would suggest to call back after 10-15 minutes and when you call back you have to repeat the same stories again because every time some other operator picks a call. And the end result is your queries are not solved.
So please think twice before you select this network operator. I would suggest "Don't get into the loop."
