I bought a letv max . And after a few days it started having problems . Called up letv professionals . But they were not to my expectation . I also insisted them on taking the product away . I expected refund. They took about a month to refund my money . The service they provide is poor . They keep on hanging up calls that are made . The medium they use flipkart they also hung up calls saying we were not responsible for the defaults . Atleast they could replace a new phone . But they did not turn up . Waste of time .
