I have using this product since 6 month and I have no issue yet the pc is working fine today also and one think I impress by its full HD screen and higher revolution and the speed of processor is fine it give full exprince in offline game but but lack in online game it came with 4gb ddr4 ram I think that it is fine in this price range the issue in speaker of this laptop the volume but over all my experince is good if you want to buy for home and office use in pocket budget GO AHEAD
