I received a e mail about 0 account of kotak mahindra bank.
No need to maintain balance so I decided to open 0 balance account with mobile.
So I opened a 0 balance account from my mobile.
For KYC I received a call from bank.
I gave a time for meeting.
A person came for verification was telugu he was not familiar with Hindi and also was not good in English.
Any how I managed.
He also asked me to maintain 10000 account balance which I clearly denied saying I don't need.
He was explaining lots of advantages of 10000 maintaining account I said I don't need as of now in future let's see.
He said ok
And gave me one form to sign saying he need to show in bank that we met.
I signed that.
I kept balance about 7000 in kotak bank account.
But after 2 months in morning I received message my account debited for 531 531 for two moths for not maintaining balance. Immediately I called on help line for same.
But no one take care of it saying this was 10000 account and signed for the same.
I took this matter to HOD
But still after 3-4 months happened no response.
Worst bank cheater and fraud.
