Hi everyone.I want to share my experience with Kotak Bank.I had taken personal loan in ING Vysya Bank in 2013 I wanted to foreclose the same in 2016, by that time Kotak Mahindra Bank purchased ING Vysya Bank.Regarding personal loan closure I had visited Madhapur Branch near NIFT to enquire the process.They have no clue about the process and shared PL sales manager number to talk about loan closure. His name is sandeep( 8886733442) he was very rude and least bothered to provide info.Asked me to call customer care.Myself through some sources found the process that I need to visit somajiguda branch 3rd floor to close loan.There a lady did not take my request on first day on working day reason there is no network in branch.Such a worst service.After visiting many times I could close my loan succesfully. I havent seen such a worst service before.
