As there was a sale in big bazaar, I decided to get a koryo microwave, as we really needed one, ans yhis was at a sale price. Initially, thd microwavw was working fine, but within 6 months it stopped working . I thought that one yr warrenty being there it will get repaired free of cost, but once yhw service person came, he said as the magnwteon had gone it will not come under warrenty. so I paid 2000 rs for that. again within 3 months the timer got spoilt, ang again no warrenty. In a period of 2 years I changed thw magnetron 2 times and timer once. Its is a very bad product, and they cheat in warrenty. I think there warrenty only for the empty boz. Dont buy the product.
