Is this your preferred brand?

I am a Kinley water consumer. I requester for a refill of of two bottles  on 06 Jan 2011. Till date 11 Jan 2011 the water is NOT DELIVERED.


This is in spite of daily reminders to Kinley on 42022525 and three calls to  Customer Care Mr Madhu on 9940099414.


Every time I ring Kinley, the reply is the water will be delivered today. It is now six days and the water is still to be delivered!


I am a Retired Senior Citizen and this is the after Sales Service that you will get from Kinley Mineral Water Capt Benjamin.
