I went to Kerala Jewellers in Porur, and I experienced poor service by the staffs. I entered jewellery shop by 8:10 PM, security opened the glass door. When I entered into the main reception, there is no one to guide us. Voluntarily I asked one of the staff about the ear rings section, he just replied'1st Floor'. He is not even told the right direction for steps. I just checked of my own and reached first floor. We asked for J-type ear rings, he showed two tray of ear rings, but there is no ear rings which I asked for. They simply showed two case tray of ear rings and asked us "Are you looking for any other jewels, other than ear rings" we said'NO'. The staff informed us that they are closing by 8:30 so we need to choose the ear rings soon. They are not customer friendly, their only aim is to close the shop and go home by time. Not only me, there are more than 10 customers in the jewel shop/ Really poor service.
