I went to the above mentioned store on 21st Feb., 2015 to purchase a Blackberry mobile phone. I told the salesmen( Mr. Karan & Mr. Madhav Saxena)  that I require a Blackberry phone which should be Touch+ Qwerty with price less than INR 15000/- .

Mr. Karan & Mr. Madhav Saxena showed me 2 models: Black Berry Q5(Black) & Blackberry 9810(white) .He told me that the printed price of Blackberry 9810 is INR 28, 490/- which the company(i.e., BLACKBERRY) is selling at 50% discount .The take away price after discount offered to me was INR 13000/-  .Mr. Madhav Saxena told me that all the features of BB 9810 were superior to BB Q5 and in INR 13000/- it is better to take BB 9810 than BB Q5 . He did not told to me any features of BB Q5 . I trusted his words and the brand value of "JUMBO ELECTRONICS" and purchased BB 9810 in INR 13000/- from that store.

However, after coming to home and after going through various features of the phone I discovered that I was handed over 2012 model of BB 9810(this was not informed to me earlier) which has become obsolete . Further, after doing survey, I discovered that BB 9810 is available in INR 9000/- in leading Online stores with the same warranty etc. Further, almost all the features of BB Q5 are superior to BB 9810 . I felt quite cheated on this . Had the salesman told me about the features of BB Q5, I would have purchased BB Q5 & not BB 9810 .I spent almost the price of BB Q5 and recieved BB 9810 which has very less features.

On 23 Feb, 2015, I went to that store and elaborated my complaint, but no body was willing to hear me. Store manager blatantly told me that the product once sold will neither be taken back nor exchanged .I am quite aghast and feel cheated at this response of the store manager .He did not even told me how to logde the complaints / requests, even on my asking for the same.
