I am a user of online shopping sites. Whenever I what something I just go to online for shopping. I have experienced jabong online shopping site. When comparing the price of jabong.com with others, jabong.com charge more especially on shoes. Once I saw they put 20% off on woodland shoes. But the same shoes were present on flipkart with ₹100 less than its offer of 20% off. So they are making fun of us. So when you decide to buy something from this site, firstly check it with other sites also. I heard they have limited delivery service , in some places they cann't deliver their products. Sometimes they take order but never respond on it. Their customer service is very poor I don't like it. And the product given by them are much costly that makes us unhappy. They should work on their service it affects the trust of the people. Thank you
