Product quality.Sometimes good, some quality lacks.Packaging section needs improvement.
Deliver Timeliness: Needs improvement.Slow delivery of products to Tier 2 cities.
App and Websites:The offers which they show misguide people.They are not at all giving the offers.First simply increase the proce and they say we are giving offers
Reliability:Depends on luck of customer
