Worst customer service. Firstly, they sent the wrong product size and it took me ages to get that replaced. Icing on the cake is their execs who don't seem to help at all as if they are doing some favor even listening to our problems.
The only thing I was happy about was their packaging and their delivery timelines.
If you want to order on Jabong go ahead but just pray that you don't get caught up in their refund/return/replacement mess.
