Hi, I have booked many tickets from Irctc website but Its always a challenge for me to navigate through its options.It doesnt have user friendly interface and makes it difficult to login into the account as captcha system sometimes doesnt work well on the login page.I have encountered many difficulties navigating to payment processing page and making the payment.I am perhaps the last person on this planet who has a ticket agent for booking my regular Railway journey.I dont want to deal with so many hassles while booking a tocket amd hence nowdays I generally get it booked by my agent itself.
