ION broadband is not too bad not too good broadband to be used by someone. I installed the connection before 3 months and I want to tell you that its speed was very good earlier but after some weeks its speed started decreasing. I tried to contact their customer service but they hardly pickedup my call. I told them that I am having this issue and they said they will be sending technician by this wee but nobody came even after 1 week. Their customer service is very bad. Its charges and billings are not very bad. You get good value for your money. But it is of no use if you can't utilise it.
