M using G broad band internet in j p nagar 7th phase Bangalore, I had no option to choose any other internet coz there was no connectivity in my area so I had to choose G braodband but when it comes to service of customer care is pathatic, in a day 5 times intetnet gets dissconected for an hours and receny insident I paid online but my transiction got failed!
I have been inform to wait for 7working days and it is already 10days but still no refud so complained but no body is ready to listen I have personally gone there he said he will look after it still no refund and any progress, I am going to file a case against them in next 3-4 days for sure. guys I would request please dont Go for G Broadband, while new connection only they will come to u later they willmot bother who u are!
