INDIGO is just awesome! I would love to travel again on this airlines. The prices are almost the lowest in India and service is world class.

Dont ever become like AIR DHAKKAN(AIR DECCAN). Give them a nice competition and throw them out of the business. I guess this airlines can do it. AiR Deccan puts forward a bad image of India. They treat customers as if they are uneducated and Air Deccan is doing a favor to the country. But, in reality, they give trouble and thats it. They are just like the old fat FIAT, which gives u more problems and needs to be disposed off asap.

Nice aircraft, in flight staff, BEFORE TIME ARRIVAL, Good Baggage Handling. In Flight Service was decent and on par with any good airlines. Good seats and very comfortable.
However, check-in counter staff, esp the Assistant Manager at the counter was rude and didnt know how to handle customers and solve problems.
