I have been being the customer of the bank for last 1 year. my account in madurai bypass road branch. There service is very poor.
I didn't applied for Phone Banking from this bank, but I given the letter to the bank to attach my mobile number to my account and the still didn't respond for the letter.
Seven number of ATM'S are available in my home town area but most of the ATM stay problem or with the board of At Service while we needed the msot.
Yes I applied for Internet Banking a month ago, and they still working on it.
Customer Service is very bad they don't even answer my question properly while I raised my question's.
I will never recommend Indian Overseas Bank to any other's to open a account in this bank.
