Idlis has a good menu with enough options available to eat.It will be best to dine in the restaurant as it is always busy .If you order food for delivery, you might not get it on time.I ordered food for delivery as I live in S block about 3 kms away from Idlis.I got the food in 1 hour and 20 mins which was beyond expected and promised. The customer service experienced on the phone while chasing the food order was pathetic as the restaurant manager didn't even bother to follow up the parcel instead was ready with several excuses.overall a bad experience
