I had an idea sim but I have oftenly using that, the reason is, poor network.my sim is 4g and I too had a 4g handset( moto g4+ ) but the sim provides only a 2g speed.i tried all mobile settings and I tried in other locations also.but the result is same.my second sim is working properly.so the problem with the sim.i had complaint to the customer care services.tye main thing is , it shows full range of network but no speed.sometimes having a problems in call servies.voice breakage, call interactions occurs.
Totally I disappointed with the IDEA
