I purchased a Hyundai Tucson 2020 petrol AT top model in April 2022 from Arsh Hyundai in Mumbai. I evaluated Creta and Compass before buying. Here are the negative aspects of Tucson and hence I feel this car is a complete waste of money. Less features and high price. The comparable model of Jeep compass and even Creta have more features than this model of Tucson. Drive experience is average. My car produces a continuous annoying thud/vibrating sound somewhere from rear seat and Hyundai service centre folks are till date not able to figure out and fix this. Here are the negative points:
Very average ride quality
Absolutely minimum features. MG Hector has a ton of features and I found MG Hector way ahead in terms of features which are not there in this top model of Tucson
Faulty map. The navigation that comes with Tucson sucks. It's completely unreliable and many times it has misguided me. Navigation sucks big time
This car is very costly and lacks, seat ventillation, 360 camera, ADAS features. These features are available in less priced Creta or MG Hector. The rear parking camera is not very effective.
Cruise control is not adaptive.
My recommendation: Do not buy this car as there are much better feature rich cars available at much lesser price.
