I have a Santro-Zing car for the last 3 years. The car is excellent and I love the drive in it. The problem stays with the customer care dept. They have by mistake taken the number of the person who introduced me to them at Moti Nagar branch and put his number in their records. Now what happens, whenever my car insurance or car servicing is due, they start calling that person again and again.


My repeated calls and follow ups with the customer care cell have gone down the drain. They are still doing this. Whenever I request them to delete his number from their records, they confirm me that they've done it, but next time again, they are doing the same disturbance.


Also, whenever my car insurance renewal is due, they start calling 5-10 times every day on both my number as well as that person's number and start reminding us both that my car insurance is due. I don't understand, if this is my car, why they need to remind me that my insurance is due. Why can't they leave it to me. Also when I have told them to delete my friend's mobile number from their records, why they are still calling him again and again.


Can someone senior from their customer care dept. handle this issue urgently, or I have to go to consumer court to resolve this harassment ?
