I used to believe when people said ''Korean cars are bad and Japanese are good''. Never tried to even test drive a Korean car while abroad.
Once I came back to India, I was some how drawn towards Santro and bought one, three years back.
That car has altered my opinions about Korean cars as I found the car better than many of the Japanese or Indo Japanese cars. I also own a Zen and esteem and Santro is way better than both of them.
Santro is value for money with unbeatable pickup, good AC which doesn’t sap the power like Swift (Swift can be compared with Santro not Getz as Getz is a little too high for Swift in all aspects). When we compare pick up, comfort, mileage, space and maneuverability, Santro clearly beats Swift.
Recently I bought Getz after test driving Fusion, Aveo and Fiesta.
What amazed me is the space in the back, silent ride and the comfort. The comfort is better than that of Fusion.
This is a real luxury car. I liked that it has illuminated switches for power windows; it is very useful in the night.
The only drawback is it doesn’t have tubeless tires which are provided even in swift
I realized that I am getting 8 lakhs comfort in 5.5 lakhs, I instantly bought one.
So my suggestion is go test drive a Getz today and dont forget to sit in the back while some one drives.You will definitely agree with me
