Ive used this laptop personally. Initially it works well. But later on it gives a lot of trouble.
I bought it in 2014 and had to get it repaired or formatted every month. Even if u do not put any extra heavy data in the laptop it still works very slowly and even hangs a lot many times.
Once the software is reinstalled many functions stop working. I called the customer care many times but they too could not detect the exact problem. The service centre people could repair it but again I had to visit them once every month.
This laptop is a sure headache.
