Never buy any HP product in your life. Review on HP Pavillion DV9000

It is not a frustrating statement as it sounds. I was not in mood of buying HP Pavillion because I went through many bad reviews. But when I went to shop I found it as a best deal and lucrative offer. But I never noticed that time I am gonna be in a death trap.

On very first day came a bad experience - my laptop gave a electric jolt to my partner once I put it on power.

There after I tried to avoid its body touch, but luckly it was a rare incidence. And here comes a surprize, it was 10th month of purchase and its speakers slowly stopped producing sound. I still thought its not a big deal as I have external speakers.

Another one, its touch panel keys started behaving like rebooting button, very noce - so now do not use those keys also. I never could use many of touch keys because these never worked right from start, but again being not so big issue I tried to avoid customer care centers of HP because their reviews were horrible. But the last shock - it stopped booting just in  13 month of life time. :( now it is really sad.

I used this Laptop like a desktop because it had a 17 Inch screen, so big to carry. So you can imaging its condition in 1 year - its almost NEW. but a complete junk from inside.

And here comes the best part - I went to HP care center - and as expected and clear from reviews - they frankly told to replace Motherboard - as if there is only 1 prob in their laptops that is - MOTHER BOARDS ARE JUNK.

Now I have a PDF quotation from HP - of 28000 INR... can you believe it ????

Most trusted brands in India are - Dell and Sony. So guys close your eyes and go to these 2 brands else you will be sooner or later by these cheap brands and their stupid business attitude.
