I purchased this printer from an online website in November 2019. this product I buy with good performance and good quality. Within 7 days of ordering this printer, the printer is delivered to my home. Then I use the printer for a month. The printer was fine at that time, and one day I see some problems with the printer. The print out that where are coming out of the printer was unclear. After a will, the printer suddenly stop in one day then I call this company's customer care coma and tell us about the problem with the printer. I was then informed by customer care, they will send a technician to my house to repair the printer. Three days later, a technician come to my house, and repair the printer. Them for they will the printer was running fine. But suddenly after the printer shut down again, then I called customer care again at this company. And again I told them the problem but this time they will not solve any off my problem.
