Guyz here im really dis appointed about this product. My friends told me not to buy this hp product but alas! I dint pay any heed to them and in 2015 I bought it. Firtst couple of months it gave me a good service. But the main problem created when I changed my kaspersky to quick heal. Guyz every time I run my quick heal this hp product got hang. Som times it took even 20 to 30 minuits to recover from it. Then I uninstalled my quick heal bcz my friend told me to buy new quick heal and install it. I did the same and same thing happened again . Another major problem of this profuct is when im trying to open another 3 or 4 tabs , then the one I minimised , it dis appesrs right then. Dont think that its virus problem, bcz I had already installed quick heal. After woking for just 30 minuites this machine got heated so badly that I put it infront of a table fan. It was realy a hell for me. I totally wasted my bucks buying this hp product.
