A great concept but needs a lot of improvement. Review on Hotstar

I am using Hotstar app from last one month now as it is an online platform where you can see movies, sports, or any tv channel on the go with their app or the site.

I am a big fan of Indian cricket, and most of the times, I have to see the live streaming on this app as I cant sit with TV @ home.

*The great thing** in the app is the user interface which is exceptionally done by the developers and the availability of approx all the TV programs on their site or app.

Also it is available in some regional languages.

But the **most disappointed thing**(which should be the priority) with the app is that it takes a hell lot of time to buffer anything whether u r watching any comedy show, or watching cricket match or anything. Which kills the moment of the show/match.

There are so many lags in the app like u cant drag at times or u cant see the thumbnails for easier usage. Also, there is no option for downloading, which must be there so that u can watch your fav shows without buffering.

It needs a lot of improvement to be recommended from my side. irrespective of the concept.
