This by far the worst hotel I have stayed in. Booked by a travel agent in Sri Lanka.! At check in run by the dormitory matron a list of don't do's are read out to you! Watch it or else! They take $100 from your credit card and it will only be reversed 1 week after check out! The lobby is on the side walk with some worn out chairs and sofa's that belong in a dump yard. Infact you can get better in Singapore dump yards! A racking deck'set up above it is the hotels dumping location which is in plain sight when going to rooms. Staff are some random slaves picked from Bangladesh still in their tatters from home.
The room: reasonably clean. The towels provided were possibly 10 years old, both torn! The soap dispenser in the toilet not functioning even 24 hours after reporting! No fridge in room so don't look for it.we were thankful the TV, Kettle and AC worked in our room. Not in all rooms in our party.
Breakfast: the staff thinks its given free! The dining room opens 7.30 and chained sharp 9.15! Food snatched away even if you are still serving! The rest must be saved for staff as they look they have not had proper meal since leaving home country!
Was glad to get out!
