Things were fine in first meeting. after much discussion I finally decided to give them a try.
Initially they gave me a quote of something around 3.5lac. Which increased by 45% after I made changes to the design.
At this point I made the booking by giving 10% of the total amount.
Right after booking they were eager to do the signoff of the project quickly to collect more money.
After 20 days of design of design discussion I finally signed if the project by giving 40% of the total amount which went to more 8lacs.
And that when the things started to go into deep sh.
They delayed everything which was planned and agreed in the beginning.
As we are already staying on the installation site they til us that the 45 days delivery guarantee is not applicable.
Right after I got the message that the production is completed I made rest of the 50% payment on 11th sep 19 and it still waiting for the delivery.
The paint job need to be started on 1st sep which got started on 10th which is still running.
I am not sure how the quality of the material will be. Even if it is good, the level of customer service is not good enough to keep the customer happy.
I am living in a very bad home situation right now and they keep delaying the things. Can’t do much because they took 100% payment.
I don't recommend Homelane to anybody.
Update on 11-Oct, till the date my work is not completed it's been more than 3 months now. I am struggling with this company to get the work done.
