I am using HDFC bank saving account for some time and my experience is always positive with the bank. The saving account was salary account which was provided by my company.The account opening was quite smooth and I got welcome kit like cheque book, Debit card and internet banking details the same day. Also I had the HDFC the CREDIT CARD with out much verification.
The customer care was quite friendly and resolved my queries and concerns on time. Once I had lost my debit card and I called the customer care and they advised me to approach the branch. The branch had taken my request and immediately issued me the instant debit card and charged me 200/-Rs for that. But I had called the customer care and requested them to wave off those charges and in my next statement I have seen the charges were waved off. Really I find HDFC is one of the professional banks in India.
