I found the service of this bank good. Internet banking and apps are secure. Missed call service for balance enquiry etc works fine. However some things should be improved like apps should include more details. Loan enquiries are replied quickly. Debit card emi facility is very interesting by this bank. ATM availability is comfortable.
The only problem is minimum balance. If you don't maintain minimum balance then penalty of around 700 pm is imposed.
Overall it is good bank for high income group people.
