I am holding a HDFC Credit Card since Jan 06 till.I have come across unnecessary charges on my card for which I have called to the HDFC contact center and update regarding it. I have also send an email on 11th of September asking to close my credit Card for which the people have not replied as if now...
I got a call from HDFC Bank after 11 months after sending the mail asking for blocking my card and closing my Credit Card stating that I have a outstanding of 17000 . Where as I was having 9000 outstanding since I last used the Credit Card.
I am really very very annoyed with such a worst and poor service what I have come across dealing with so many other MNCS in the business at the same time. I request all the other users of HDFC to stop using the Credit Cards from HDFC as they have lots and lots of unnecessary charges and a huge interest rate as well.
