Dear Team,
I have a very very disappointing services faced with HDFC Bank. I visited the branch to convert my savings account into salary account and offered them all the documents as they asked me for salary conversion. But, what they did is pathetic. I have two accounts with HDFC(1 in which salary comes and other is the normal savings account), HDFC team member(Shalu Devi_HDFC Sec 23A Branch, Gurgaon, Haryana) converted my wrong account into the salary one. ie., the account in which no salary comes. I want to do the changes in the account. The team member is completely brainless.
