Hectic Service!. Review on Hathway Broadband

I am the customer of Hathway Broadband from past six months, at starting after seeing the offers of Hathway internet I was impresed with offers and I called for the connection from Hathway Broadband internet after calling, the service boy or connection boy came with one -two hours, for giving the connection of the Hathway Broadband internet . INTERNET SPEED I have taken the three months plan with the internet speed of 40mbps the internet speed was really good, I really amazed with the speed of the internet they are providing to me in the low badget, for that badget everyone is capable for keeping the connection of the Hathway Broadband internet. Coming to the service of the Hathway Broadband internet connection, at satrting for the new connection the serviceboy OR connection boy came really fast for giving connection, but at the time of renewal they really tested my patience for my connection renewal it took around two weeks, there service was really bad when I called for the customer service I have got within one-two hrs, but when it come to my renewal it took two weeks, at last I have changed my internet service . Though the speed and budget was good there was no proper response from the customer service, if they dont have good will they will loose the business like me, nearly I have recamanded these connection for more five members but at last, due to bad response from the service, I have changed my connection .
