Booked tickets to Germany in Feb 2020non AirIndia.
Thanks to covid, Air India cancelled the flights.
Been chasing up with the Airline first.After several months , got reply from AirIndia, confirming refund to Happy Easy Go.
Since then for 16 months , been trying to get Happy Easy Go to refund the ticket amount.
Customer care is rude, nmbrs don't work, mails are not replied to. Rue the day i became their customer.Isnt AirIndia also liable for having absolutely unscrupulous vendors?!.
Totally disgusted.
