Absolutely abysmal service from Haier AC! Despite multiple reminders and repeated calls, their technicians have failed to show up for a service visit. It's incredibly frustrating to be left with a malfunctioning AC during this heat, and their complete lack of responsiveness is unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for AC service. One star is too generous.
