I took this broadband service 2 months ago. I don't know why everybody is so negative about it. But in my experience it's really good. I got about 1.2 mbps speed and unlimited data for 480 Rs/month( prepaid) . In my area their customar care is really good they even help me set up my wifi router. But there is one problem that they won't pick up phones after evening. Also the official GTPL website don't cover West Bengal. Their is another problem I encounter that in some perticular links( like downloading games date from a game like MC5, a few site like hotstar.com etc.) the speed reduces to 124.xx kbps. It's like fixed there. But at the same time if you play youtube it will play in 700+ kbps. I will soon contact them for this. I guess if they see this review the it can work out. So for new guys thinking of taking this I will fully recommend it.
