This is has been the worst online shopping I have experienced in the past.
I ordered for a cooler a couple of months back Maharja Slim your price 5105/- after the customer care executive put in a discount coupon it landed me around 4500-4600 or so.Their customer care guys kept calling my office stating the product will be delivered soon , they kept at it for many months and ultimately we got fedup and told them we do not require their product anymore so to counter that they threw in a 150/- further discount on that. Today at night 9:45 the delivery guys reaches our office with the product.
Please take a note of the time.I get one of my managers to get to the office and open it up. Get the cooler inside. He produces a bill of guess what 5105/- and refuses to the agreed amount.He makes us speak with his dispatch guy and he says the same. We had to return the product. with all the wait , turmoil and agony we faced I am writing to let all of you know that I will write review blog comment and make sure every body knows what they are dealing with before they ever ever place an order with greendust.
