I bought an item for my cousin from infibeam.com After 4-5 working days they have sent item via Gati courier.

First of it took 6 days for Gati to deliver the item, but they have failed to deliver it to my cousin's home even though his house is within the city.
From Ambernath (Kalyan dist, Maharashtra) Gati courier office called him to collect the item with reasons such as, they have failed to find the address!
When he visited Gati courier office, behavior of the office staff was worse. They do not even have knowledge on how to speak with the client.
Specially a person called'**Mamta Nagdev**' was king of them all.
I hope Gati's head office people take care of this issue.
