Placed an express delivery order on Saturday with delivery within 150 minutes. Order status stopped at 'Processing'. Tried calling them and emailing them with no response the whole day. All shops were shut at night and had to face a very sad family with no food on a Saturday night. There was a lockdown the next day as well.
Their customer service works only during office timings and is closed during weekends and after 6pm on weekdays.
Received a refund the next day with a copy-paste unappolagetic email reply.
Even my first order had smelly fishes.
Don't expect any customer service. They cheat half the time with poor quality items and price is also not very competitive. Don't fall for the looks of the website. Website is all that they have. There is no service, cleanliness, punctuality, or sincerity in their service.
Waste of time and money. Try Zomato instead. Atleast, their customer service is available most of the time.
