One week ago I am recharged the amount of 245 rs. they charged extra as service charge also deducted from my account, but balance not credited in my mobile balance. They said that the amount will be refunded to my bank account, this transaction also failed. then they ask my amount will be refunded to my freecharge.in account. But not use, actually money was never refunded. when I called customer care, they always kept telling that,
my money gone.
Don't use this app.
