12 days since I ordered the matteress, no delivery to date, cust service on their own trip explaining.


after paying advance.


2-3 days delivery in the city I can understand, the company deals in mattresses do they expect customers to sleep on the ground & wait till the mattress arrives. How insensitive.


You are better off going and buying one accrss to teh shop.
