I am sharing my personal experience with flipkart.
4 months back my husband searched for a jacket for him. He ordered the jacket and paid the money through net banking. We were expected to get the parcel in about 8 days. And we received on time. When opened the parcel he was shock to see that the quality is so cheap and just looked as if it was bought from road side shops.
Yes I totally agree as the picture displayed on the website about the jacket was very stylish. The color we selected was ash color and I looked a bit faded also.
I never trust online shopping about clothes my husband was like it's nice the appearance was good so he opted. That was the last time he ordered in flipkart. Customer service is also not good as they don't respond quickly.
Please don't prefer flipkart so any clothes. Yes the cost seems less but for the quality they provide is more the money we are paying to them.
I strongly won't recommend this online website. Thank you
