Flipkart is not so satisfying site to me. I don't know about customer service of it but I think it may be good. Recently I have bought a watch in it. Its cost is equal to 5 watches, but it wasn't worked 5 days. You see what a quality product it is. So I surely tell and suggest you that its quality of products is so bad, don't buy products in this site. And I saw delivery timeliness of 7 days while buying but it took about 2 weeks to deliver. So its too bad. And delivery is not available for cash on delivery. And its delivering products not to given address. Its sending to towns and popular areas only. So delivery is also not good.
