I used this service against my better judgement & paying for it! I placed 3 orders( order numbers 701665779, 701673763 and 701674813). The first one( anniversary) was delivered without greeting card or sender's name.
The second( birthday) was delivered late in the afternoon. The third supposed to be delivered on 31st has still not been delivered( it is the 2nd of the next month) and they are vaguely committing delivery on the 4th as 3rd is a Sunday!
Several emails and phone calls have resulted in just vague assurances and apologies, but no delivery as yet. I have made so many calls to the UK( delivery destination) and have run up a huge telephone bill and ended up irritating and annoying my sweetheart who thinks that I am just fooling around about the flowers, which hasn't reached her yet.
I placed the orders on the 27th and paid online. These guys are real crooks and cheats and they should not be patronized or recommended, ever!
