The plan was supposed to get a 20MBPS downlink while when I was using the broadband I had no idea that it was not running at 20MB/s, When I checked the speed it was only 4 MBPS at the peak time of internet which is fairly not a professional thing to do when the broadband is new. However I have not issued any connection error while using the internet for more than 8 hours. Works fine but its not worth the money because its not relieable when it comes to speed. In order to get a better speed and reliablity you should check in with some better and older broadband providers.
