I am using Eureka Forbes RO since from last five years. Recently I have registered a complaint. Company claims that service is attained within 48 hrs but it is more than 4 days that no one is visiting my place for service. I had called to customer care but they didn't know anything regarding service and as per conversation their job is only to escalate complain and making full by promising to provide better service. This is not first time but you will face this type of service issue whenever you register complain. So it is better to go for other brand and avoid to purchase any product of eureka forbes otherwise you will suffer with pathetic service.
