A decade or little more back I had purchased an aquaguard purifier and burnt my hands on their bad service. subsequently I switched to another brand which gave good service till longest time. Now after such long time I thought of buying aquasure aquaflow again thinking that a lot of water has passed under the bridge and company must have learnt something by now. TOTALLY MISTAKEN!! the product bought two months back was unnecessarily given free service as per their mandates. The service did exactly what it had done a decade back spoilt the brand new product. Some fuse just blew while servicing and the technician( so called) says that I should wait to drink pure water as the part is not in their inventory.
