I bought a set of earphones recently on this shopping website. Not only for that time, but also often I bought products from this shopping website. Everytime I bought the product, I have been through ordeal. Would like to share the ordeal I had. A few things persistently vexed me are:
I have got counterfeit products for the most of the times I bought.
The shipment of the products wasn't prompt. It did always take a longer time to delivery.
For the most of the times, PIN code of where I reside, wasn't eligible.
I had been through worse customer service. They were never responding to my calls and messages.
Though there was a discount, it eventually met the original price.
So I wouldn't love to recommend this online shopping website.
