Very bad customer support with fake/used products. Review on Ebay

Ebay is an e-commerce site dealing in a large variety of products worldwide. They brought a new concept in online selling by making people sell the products online by becoming sellers on their site. But it is quite shocking to hear that they allow anyone to sell the products on their site without verifying sellers(identity or products).

I got attracted with an exciting offer on seagate hard disk(1 TB) and ordered it from ebay. firstly, It got delivered in 5 days >(that shows their very **poor logistic department**)

and when I got the product, I found that the **product is a used one**, not a brand new(which I have ordered). >which shows how reliable  ebay is.

And the most shocking part my experience with ebay is that when I called their customer service and complained about the used product, they were in no condition to accept that fact and dont want to refund my money.

I will not order any product from this website again.

I do not recommend this site to anyone and want to tell you all that try this site on your own risk and please check the sellers ratings and genuinity of the products.
